Summary: Room was spacious but there was no couch which was present in every previous visit to the Horseshoe. Not sure why it was taken out and just a big empty space left there with no place to sit except on the bed. I know they've been doing upgrades so maybe the room we got just wasn't finished. NIce pool that normally plays upbeat music but it wasn't working on our second day. Worker apologized but it still took away from the experience.

Summary: I booked a total of 3 rooms. One room was good, one had ac problems and one had no hot/warm water. After maintenance trying to resolve hot air coming from ac unit, guests had to move at 12:30 am to a different room. We were told this room had same problem reported for the last week. While in lobby reporting this issue, a roach crawled on my husband’s leg. Ugh

Summary: We had another great experience with The Horseshoe at Boozier. The only problem was when we booked the room it stated “the room was newly renovated “. The room we were given was definitely not newly renovated. Other than this detail, the stay was good. The makeup mirror in the bathroom did not work when plugged into the wall, I tried plugging into a different outlet without luck. It would be nice if these things were checked before being booked.

Summary: THE BEST HOTEL STAY EVER. HOUSEKEEPING WAS SUPER AND MADE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOOD WAS WORTH THE STAY ALL ALONE. I HAD THE BEST FOOD ALL YEAR ON THIS TRIP AND VALET …Excellent front desk the best yet. My birthday was best of all thank yall 100 times over.

Summary: The room was nice, spacious, and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the night before we left, I called housekeeping and asked for clean towels and an extra bar of soap. The items never came even when the staff called to confirm that she would arrive in 5 minutes. She said it was a busy night for her, which was understandable so I didn’t want to bother to address the request again.

Summary: The room was large and the bathtub was so big to be able to soak. The room was very large and nice. It was nice that if you did not have a room key the elevators would not move.
